Your peace of mind is our goal. We do frequent tours of the property so we can be proactive with maintenance concerns. We create on-site relationships so we can get better insight into when and if a tenant leaves. We want to be in the know in advance so we can proactively fill any vacancies. When we do have a vacancy, we have a proven advertising package that’s been customized for the property and within budget to get spots filled quickly. In the event an urgent matter does arise, we are available 24/7 to assist.

Our Rates: Our rates are based on a percentage of the rents collected. We don’t nickel and dime our clients and we don’t charge any initial start-up fees. If we aren’t collecting rent, we aren’t getting paid. Our growth is dependent on referrals from our satisfied clients and we are GROWING!
