Doug is a commercial real estate advisor, an avid investor, former owner of Core property management and INCO Commercial, and a partner in both Centennial Advisers and Expert Property Management. Doug has over 30 years of experience with extensive expertise in sales and management of multi-tenant, single-tenant NNN investments, self-storage, and retail properties. He is an expert in lease negotiations and has been trusted by hundreds of clients to handle the sales, leases, and management of their properties.
With cumulative sales of over $300,000,000 over the course of his career, Doug loves to save clients their hard-earned money. Whether it’s a 1031 Exchange into an out-of-state NNN or managing a large property with a tight-ship approach to profit, Doug is a veteran of this business who is confident he can make your investments a success.
He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce, a supporter of the Long Beach State Athletics, and is a current volunteer for the Congressional Cup of Long Beach, through the Long Beach Yacht Club. He has two grown children – a daughter, a son and one granddaughter.
