Emma Storey is a Southern California native that brings experience from all facets of real estate to Expert Building Operations. Emma started out in Construction Management in her career. She moved on to brokering commercial real estate for Centennial Advisers. While at Centennial she proved more than valuable with her art of negotiating and holding the client’s hand through the transaction.
Transactions do not come to fruition without somebody knowing the client’s personality, likes, dislikes and future motivations. Emma has perfected the art of getting to know her clients. Many deals at Centennial would not have closed without Emma pinpointing the true motivation of her client’s needs.
Her expertise in knowing her clients stems from her outgoing social skills. From a swimmer and water polo champion player at Long Beach Wilson to her graduating from Long Beach State, Emma has always been in the middle of it all. Emma is a team player and a leader at the same time.
Emma takes her tenacious skills and applies them to leading Expert Building Operations. Emma is perfect at solving problems of the commercial real estate variety.
Emma’s hobbies include working out, bike riding, beach and sunshine, spending time with family and friends, and being a cocktail connoisseur.
